The UNICO 400 screw cheese melter is industrial cheese processing equipment designed for the production of processed cheese, Pasta Filata cheeses and other heat-treated cheese products. The machine can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into a complete dairy processing production line.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cheese melter is suitable for the production of Pasta Filata cheeses, including mozzarella, scamorza, provolone, suluguni and chechil, as well as processed cheese products such as pizza cheese, sliced cheese, spreadable cheese, sausage-shaped cheese and imitation cheese.<\/p>\n

The product is melted either by direct steam injection into the product or by heating the raw materials through the boiler jacket. The UNICO 400 can process traditional cheese curds, prepared Calyota or dry, free-flowing ingredients, with a production capacity of up to 400 kg of product per hour<\/strong>.
