When a product needs to be cut precisely, neatly and without wastage, ultrasonic technology delivers results that are difficult to achieve using traditional methods. Regardless of the operator, the products are always cut to the same high standard and with great precision.<\/p>\n

Ultrasonic cutting equipment is widely used for cutting cheese, meat and sausage products, bakery goods, confectionery, frozen foods and other foodstuffs. For soft cheeses, the ultrasonic knife ensures a neat appearance of the product and helps to reduce production losses by 5\u201310 per cent. When slicing cheeses such as Maasdam or Emmental, their characteristic marbling is preserved, whilst semi-hard cheeses with various inclusions are sliced without tearing or damaging the structure.<\/p>\n

Ultrasonic cutting also minimises the risk of additional bacterial contamination on the surface after cutting. As a result, the shelf life of the finished product can be extended by 15\u201320%.<\/p>\n
