ECT provides a full range of service and technical support for equipment used in the food processing industry. Our specialists participate in production start-up, train personnel, provide warranty and post-warranty service, and modernize existing production lines.<\/p>\n
After manufacturing is completed, the ECT team installs the equipment and commissions it directly at the customer’s production facility. The commissioning process involves a service engineer, a service manager, and a process engineer. We configure the equipment, verify the operation of all components, and help produce the first finished products.<\/p>\n

The project commissioning process typically takes from 3 to 7 days.<\/p>\n
All ECT equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty. During the warranty period, service is provided free of charge in accordance with the warranty terms. After the warranty expires, our specialists continue to support the equipment and perform any necessary repair work.<\/p>\n
