The Formare NV-50 is a cheese strand former (strand puller) designed to automate the process of forming cheese strands, chechil, suluguni and other cheeses in the Pasta Filata group. The equipment can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into a string cheese production line and modern cheese-making equipment for dairies and milk processing plants.
