The melter is intended for the production of cheeses of the Pasta-Filat group (Mozzarella, Scamorza, Provolone, Suluguni, Chechil, etc.), for curd and thermized products (cream cheese, cheese for sushi), as well as for processed cheeses (pizza- cheese, sliced, spreadable, sausage and analogue).
- The melting of the product is carried out by direct injection of steam into the product or by heating the raw material with a boiler jacket
- The brewing part is equipped with two multidirectional augers used to knead the mass when heated at an adjustable rotation speed by means of a geared motor and an inverter.
- The device allows you to work with traditional cheese grains, prepared callata or dry bulk ingredients and is capable of processing up to 400 kg / h.
